As CEO, Ian leads the senior team and is responsible for setting strategy, ensuring the strategic aims are met, accessing the best resources, corporate finance, risk management and setting the values and standards within which we work. Ian is the main executive managing investor and regulatory relationships.

Ian was also a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Practice for 6 years in both Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

Ian is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience in the UK mortgage market having worked for a number of high profile lenders.

Alan is Managing Director and is responsible for the Group’s business strategy along with brand strategy, PR, products and sales & marketing.

Alan has worked in senior positions with a number of UK mortgage lenders over the last twenty years and is extensively quoted in the mortgage press.

John is the Group’s Chief Operating Officer and has 20 years of mortgage industry experience with a proven track record in defining step changes in mortgage processing and servicing strategy, delivered by pioneering green field and large scale system and change management programmes covering both origination and primary/special servicing IT platform delivery.

Most recently John has led the teams that have developed and launched Exact Mortgage Expert's mortgage servicing platform and the Precise Mortgages origination platform.

John is renowned for delivering compliant service excellence. He has delivered the UK’s most advanced origination platform within a nine month time period, which went on to win over 20 technology and service awards including; FA Online Service (5 Stars), Money Marketing e-excellence (’eee’ rating); Mortgage Strategy Technology Innovator of the year; and The Financial Adviser’s first 5 Star Service Award for a new start lender.

Sebastien is the most recent member of the Group’s Executive team, joining as Chief Financial Officer in January 2009. Previously, Sebastien held a senior role at Merrill Lynch as European Structured Finance & Investments Vice President where he managed the mortgage trading desk’s activities with responsibility for deal origination, asset sales (Whole Loan & RMBS transactions), portfolio valuation, risk management, platform strategy, and special servicing.

Philip joined the team in May 2010 as Director of Legal and Compliance and is responsible for overseeing the Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit and Operational Risk functions at Exact and Precise Mortgages.

Previously Philip worked with the Morgan Stanley Group where he was Director of Legal & Compliance for Advantage. During this time Philip also provided legal & compliance consultancy services to Morgan Stanley’s pan-European mortgage business.

Prior to this Philip spent 15 years at Derbyshire Building Society and was instrumental in the launch of ‘Salt’ and ‘Salt Commercial’. He has also held senior positions at Skipton and Halifax Building Societies. Philip is a qualified solicitor and holds an MBA.

Chris is responsible for the Asset Quality Assessment Service that is central to the Exact proposition. Chris has over 22 years experience in the Financial Services industry concentrated predominantly in underwriting and Credit Risk.

Chris developed the automated decisioning tools that were critical to Precise Mortgages launching as a leader in the on-line mortgage market as well as developing a robust control framework to ensure a responsible lending and risk quantified environment is in place.

The Asset Quality Assessment (AQA) service was developed by Chris and his team using the same proven technology that has been acclaimed within the mortgage origination market.

As Director of Collections and Recovery, Fliss works closely with Credit Risk to ensure robust controls are in place throughout the whole Credit Cycle and is responsible for all aspects of Collections including 3rd party relationships, special servicing of assets and consultancy support. The focus applied to managing all aspects is one which proactively manages risk by effective and efficient collection strategies that adds maximum value and ensures compliance with all aspects of regulation.

Fliss has worked within the financial services industry for 24 years, predominantly in Collections and Recovery, managing from initial arrears through to recovery including professional negligence. During this time she has also managed portfolio acquisition, portfolio assessment and migration. Her wealth of knowledge includes considerable experience of the tough economic conditions of the 1990's.
