Exact are pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Horsfield as Director of Legal and Compliance. Philip will be responsible for overseeing the Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit and Operational Risk functions at Exact and Precise Mortgages.
Philip is a qualified solicitor and joins the team having worked with the Morgan Stanley Group where he was Director of Legal & Compliance at Advantage. Previous to this he spent 15 years at Derbyshire Building Society and was instrumental in the launch of ‘Salt’ and ‘Salt Commercial’.
